Miniature Highland Cattle are among some of the most adorable cows in the world! Their small dwarfed size standing at under 34 inches tall is a desirable trait among hobby farmers and we are luck enough to have Daisy and Buckley who love being spoiled by our visitors! A standard size cow’s height ranges between 48-52 inches tall and can weigh up to 1,300 + pounds. Our mini highlands are around 32 inches tall and weigh around 400 pounds! They have reached their full growth potential making them so extremely small, fluffy and super cute!
Tour includes: Private 1:1 time with our two miniature cows! The fully guided tour begins with learning about the Highland cow breed, a day in the life for our furry farm friends, and a brief safety lesson. We will then enter the cow pasture to give you the opportunity to brush, pet, and interact with them. There will be time for you to snap a few pictures to capture your fun filled visit. To round out the experience, you will can shop our seasonal farm stand that has farm grown produce, fresh cut flowers, State Fair award winning baked goods from our micro bakery, jams and more!
IMPORTANT: Price $25.00 Per Person for 1 Hour Experience - Limit 4 Persons Per Hour - Upon Adding To Cart, Select Your Desired Date and Time From Drop Down and a $25 deposit will be collected at check out. The farm will send you a confirmation email to obtain how many are in your party and the final amount owed, due at arrival the day of your tour. The final amount owed can be paid via cash, Venmo or credit card.
*Must be 18 or older to book and participate in the experience. For children under the age of 18, see our Family Farm Tour in other Farm Experience listings! Each participant must also sign a waiver upon arrival and wear close toed shoes. If a waiver is refused or proper foot attire is not worn the day of your experience the tour will be canceled without refund. No loitering or hanging around after your tour is finished unless you are in the farm stand area to be courteous to guests who have tours booked after yours is completed.
Cancellation policy: 100% Deposit Refunds are given up to a week (7 days) before your scheduled tour day. After that date your deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
