Family Friendly Farm Educational Tour
This family fun educational tour is designed for families and children under the age of 18. This guided tour will have three stops on the farm, and will surely have something for everyone in the family!
This fully guided tour will start with a stop at The Chick Inn where you will learn about & hand feed our sweet hens that produce our organic eggs everyday, as well as help collect eggs! From there we will move on to see our fainting goats where you can pet, brush and interact with them and if you are lucky they will put on a show and faint for you! Next, we will stop by the gardens where you will learn all about our farm, and walk along the outside of the pasture where our Miniature Highland Cows, Daisy and Buckley live. You will be able to snap pictures, give them pets and feed them a few treats!
As we finish the tour, as a thank you, each kiddo will receive a free goodie bag of our State Fair winning chocolate chip cookies to enjoy! Feel free to also peruse our farm stand where you will can shop our seasonal farm grown produce, fresh cut flowers, State Fair award winning baked goods from our micro bakery, jams and more!
IMPORTANT: Price $12.00 Per Person for 1 Hour Experience - Limit 6 Persons Per Hour - Upon Adding To Cart, Select Your Desired Date and Time From Drop Down and a $12 deposit will be collected at check out. The farm will send you a confirmation email to obtain how many are in your party and the final amount owed; which will be due at arrival the day of your tour. The final amount owed can be paid via cash, Venmo or credit card.
*Must be 18 or older to book, attendees of this tour can be any age but must be above the age of 2. Limit 6 family members per 1 hour slot. Each participant must also sign a waiver upon arrival and wear close toed shoes. If a waiver is refused or proper foot attire is not worn the day of your experience the tour will be canceled without refund. No loitering or hanging around after your tour is finished unless you are in the farm stand area to be courteous to guests who have tours booked after yours is completed.
Children must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older at all times. This tour is guided and given by the owner of the farm. It is not a self guided tour and you must follow the schedule and rules of the host. We reserve the right to cancel the tour at any time if policies and procedures are not being followed. This tour does not allow children under the age of 18 to go into the pasture of the mini cows but you will still be able to view, pet and feed them treats through a secure viewing area.
Cancellation policy: 100% Deposit Refunds are given up to a week (7 days) before your scheduled tour day. After that date your deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
All proceeds go back to the direct care, love, and support of our farm and animals! We can’t wait to see you soon!
